How much notice do I need to give to cancel (monthly vs annual) ?

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but you will be charged the remaining period to the point of completion of your subscription. 

For example - if you signed up to a Monthly Super Plan, and terminate your subscription middle of the month, you will be charged to the end of the month.

For example – if you signed up to a Annual Super Plan, and terminate your subscription middle of the year, you will be charged to the end of the year. 

Annual subscriptions are subject to a 14 days cooling off period which allows customers to seek a 100% refund if termination is exercised in that period. For any refunds related to 14 days cooling off period please contact our customer support through the support chat in the app and they will assist in issuing a refund.
