How quickly will I receive my tips?

Collected tips are credited directly to your EasyTip prepaid debit card. 

For bank transfers to your account, please note that a bank takes 2 – 7 working days to credit the amount in the account, but if it is past 7 days kindly check your mobile / internet banking to confirm the amount is credited to the account. If still not credited,  then please get in touch with Support from your EasyTip app.
