How long does the merchandising process take?
Are there discounts for multiple venues?
We don’t provide discounts for multiple venues and encourage businesses with multiple sites to sign up to our Super Plan as it is specifically designed for larger businesses. Super Plan allows businesses with larger teams or multiple sites to get a more detailed view of their team’s performance and richer interface to monitor data across different sub accounts.
What is the discount for paying annually?
Our pricing is available on our website. Annual subscription is currently discounted at 25%.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel a subscription please follow a link to Stripe dashboard either in the Welcome email received from EasyTip or in the Subscriptions section of the EasyTip app.
Is there a minimum / maximum number of staff?
There is no minimum number of staff for subscription plans. However, we encourage businesses with teams to sign up to Super Plan because it will allow them a more flexible way to monitor staff performance and receive greater insight into customer experiences.
What help does my personal account manager provide?
Customers that sign up to Super Plan have a dedicated account manager to assist them with their account setup, maintenance and performance. Our account managers are available to assist you and your team with training and guidance on key platform functions. Account managers may also assist in setting up new team members and any other technical issues.
